Working at Shell within the confines of a highly regulated multinational structure became increasingly distressing. Despite holding various positions, such as Lubricant Cluster Technical Manager for South Europe, the appealing opportunities outside of Shell fueled my growing desire for entrepreneurship. While my time at Shell provided valuable experience, the allure of independence became irresistible.
Coming from a non-entrepreneurial family, the idea of becoming an entrepreneur wasn't initially apparent to me. Despite my father having considered it without pursuing it, I was determined not to follow the same path. I didn't want to reach the end of my career with regrets, thinking, "I wish I had tried entrepreneurship."
