Your order is dispatched with trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD or FedEx. It's important to note that, despite simultaneous offers, package services may not deliver all parcels on the same day. Therefore, we recommend keeping a close eye on the track and trace email you'll receive.
Products over 30 kilos are transported on pallets. Under normal circumstances, transport takes usually a week to any EU country.
Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to construction sites or any non-permanent addresses. Please understand that this is undertaken at your own discretion.
Please bear in mind that metal packaging may incur dents during transit, as parcel services can be quite rigorous. To prevent this, we can offer a more expensive pallet transport option. Please contact us in advance for this.

We have the capability to dispatch a parcel, single pallet to multiple sea containers. Our global shipping services span continents, and pricing varies considerably. Simply inform us of your preferred air- or seaport, and we'll swiftly calculate the transportation costs for you.
Our sea and air deliveries consistently adhere to the Incoterm CFR. However, you have the flexibility to opt for self-collection from our warehouse, or we can arrange delivery FOB (Free On Board) at the nearest sea or airport. Your convenience is our priority.
