Castrol Hyspin AWS 32 has been specially formulated to provide good anti-wear and thermal stability performance using proven additive technology. The careful blend of additives with a high quality base stock ensures that Castrol Hyspin AWS 32 has excellent hydrolytic and oxidative stability while exhibiting a minimal tendency to produce sludge and deposits.

In addition, Castrol Hyspin AWS 32 provides corrosion protection to ferrous and yellow metal components found within a hydraulic system. This range is designed for use in industrial hydraulic systems which require antiwear protection such as lightly loaded gears, variable speed units and bearings. The Castrol Hyspin AWS 32 is compatible with the most commonly used nitrile, silicone and fluropolymer seal materials

Hyspin AWH-M contains a shear stable additive system which helps maintain the viscosity characteristics of the product over a wide temperature range even during prolonged use and imparts a very low pour point which enables the product to be used in very cold environments. It exhibits excellent corrosion and wear protection as well as outstanding thermal and oxidative stability. In addition, Hyspin AWH-M has excellent hydrolytic stability and separates rapidly from water contamination upon standing. Applications include: Outdoor equipment which are likely to operate in wide temperature ranges, such as machinery subjected to cold start up conditions and high temperature continuous running. Examples include off-highway and marine applications. Indoor manufacturing equipment that incorporates control systems requiring minimal viscosity change with temperature. Examples include precision machine tools. The Hyspin AWH-M range is fully compatible with elastomer materials commonly used for static and dynamic seals, such as nitrile, silicone and fluorinated (e.g. Viton) polymers. The Hyspin ZZ range are formulated for applications requiring anti-wear and superior oxidation performance and are particularly suitable for hydraulic systems using vane and piston pumps where elevated operating temperatures are encountered. They are formulated for use in severely stressed systems in which high levels of anti-wear performance and/or ultra fine filtration are required. They have been proven to be resistant to the effects of ‘dieseling’ in highly stressed systems such as plastic injection moulding and fatigue testing equipment where the application leads to rapid breakdown of more conventional products. The range is fully compatible with elastomer materials commonly used for static and dynamic seals, such as nitrile, silicone and fluorinated (e.g. Viton) polymers.
