Viscogen KL Spray is available in 3 different versions for use depending on the ambient and operating conditions. Spray versions are particularly suited to lubricate difficult to reach lubrication points. The dimensions of the chain as well as its structural shape (e.g. roller, pin, ladder chains, insertion and flat link hoisting chains) are important when selecting the right viscosity. Viscogen KL Sprays find use in many industrial applications, for example: High-rack storage shelves, bakery machines, paint lines, conveyor chains, tenter frames and dryers, washing plants, underfloor chains, steamers, slashers, baking ovens, slide ways, spindles, ropes, open gear wheels, plastic toothed belts and sheet-fed offset machines. Viscogen KL 23 is especially suitable for use in BOPP (Biaxially oriented Polypropylene) film stretching machines.

Alphasyn T grades have been formulated for use in most types of light to medium duty enclosed gear systems but should not be used for heavy / shock loaded systems. Alphasyn T is also suitable for the lubrication of bearings and circulatory systems operating at high temperatures and various high temperature applications such as in hydraulic systems and for the lubrication of large, slow moving gears. All products in the Alphasyn T range have very low pour points and excellent viscosity/temperature characteristics, allowing their use in both low and high temperature applications. The Alphasyn T range are fully compatible with nitrile, silicone and fluropolymer seal materials.

The Alphasyn PG range of gear oils are primarily intended for use in worm reduction gearboxes where the low coefficient of friction of the PAG base fluid improves efficiency and consequently reduces power consumption and operating temperatures. This is particularly important in applications where sliding contact is high. The use of a PAG basestock provides inherently high viscosity index (VI) and low pour points making these products suitable for use over a wide temperature range. The Tribol GR 100 PD Range can be used for long term lubrication even under the most difficult operating conditions such as extreme pressure, vibrations, shock loads and a wide temperature range (-35°C to 140°C / -31°F to 284°F) in highly loaded rolling and sliding bearings. Typical applications include bearings of spinning and grinding spindles, gear motors exposed to shock loads, screening / wood shaping machines and bearing surfaces of printing plates. These greases are also suitable for bearings with a rotating outer ring and undergoing high stresses due to centrifugal load. Although well suited for all types of gearing and bearings, the Optigear Synthetic 800 range is particularly effective in controlling wear and reducing friction between sliding surfaces.
