We recommend lubricating all friction points with Klübersynth UH1 64-62 in order to avoid negative effects caused by lubricant spreading.

Klübersynth UH1 64-62 shows a good low- and hightemperature behaviour, and good resistance to water, corrosion, ageing and oxidation. Klübersynth UH1 64-62 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klübersynth UH1 64-62 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.

Application notes
Klübersynth UH1 64-62 is applied by brush, spatula, grease gun or grease cartridge. Before using Klübersynth UH1 64-62 to replace other greases, the bearings should be cleaned thoroughly. Grease exchange by relubrication is sufficient if the greases are miscible.
