Klübersynth MR 96-31 is used particularly for the lubrication of friction pairs involving non-polar polymers such as PP or PE, and elastomers such as EPDM. Klüber Klübersynth BHP 72-102 High-temperature lubricant with extraordinary anticorrosion properties for lifetime lubrication Application Klüber Klübersynth BHP 72-102 Klübersynth BHP 72-102 has been designed for the lifetime lubrication of rolling bearings subject to high loads and alternating temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 200 °C. The product is suitable for the lubrication highly loaded rolling bearings in components close to automobile engines, e.g. bearings viscocouplings, belt tensioners, water pumps, fans, servomotors and similar applications. Klübersynth BHP 72-102 forms a stable grease collar that serves as a lubricant reservoir resistant to vibration and at the same time helps to protect the bearings against contaminants.

Klübersynth H2 C 2-260 is intended for use on chains exposed to high temperatures in spiral ovens used in bread/bun baking as well as meat/poultry cooking. These chains are exposed to sliding and rolling friction typically prevailing in traditional roller and skate chains and their guide rails. Klübersynth H2 C 2-260 is used for a sustained temperature of 250 °C while still providing a sufficient lubricating film for the rollers, balls, pins and rails.

Klübersynth CEH 2-100 can be used for transport and conveyor chains operating at high temperatures, e.g. during production of insulating materials. The lubricant design is aimed at applications involving high loads temperatures. Avoid ignition sources as the product's flash point is at approx. 230 °C. For oven temperatures above 230 °C, automatic fire extinguishing systems should be provided. Especially for insulating materials of high density (grade 5), this HT chain oil can effectively support reliable production processes.
