Klüberfluid C-F 3 S ULTRA is primarily used for spray lubrication of large gear rim/pinion drives. It can be used with all gear sizes and power ratings. Such drives are primilary found in rotary kilns, tube mills, drums and similar machinery used in the cement, lime, gypsum, mining and chemical industries as well as in coal-fired power stations. Klüber Summit Supra Coolant and Klüber Summit Supra 32 have been especially designed for oil change intervals up to 8,000 operating hours in oil-injected screw-type compressors which are prefilled by the manufacturer with polyglycol oil. Due to the specific viscosity and special formulation, Klüber Summit Supra 32 is also suitable for the lubrication of turbocompressors. Klüber Summit Supra 26 N was especially developed for turbocompressors in order to meet the OEMs' viscosity requirements. An oil change interval of up to 40,000 operating hours is possible for turbocompressors, depending on the operating conditions. To enable Klüber Summit Supra 26 N achieve this oil service life it is indispensable to perform an oil condition monitoring every six months. Without prior oil analysis no conclusion can be drawn on the oil's suitability for further use. Klüber Summit Supra oils can be mixed with other polyglycol oils and the Klüber Summit Ultima series. The products are not miscible with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils.

Klüber Summit HySyn oils can be used for oil-injected screwtype compressors, reciprocating piston compressors and centrifugal compressors. Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils are intended for use in compressors of the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry requiring oil-free compressed air (without oil vapour which cannot be removed by the oil separator). Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils can also be used for the lubrication of gears in oil-free screw-type compressors. Owing to their good stability, these oils are also suitable for lowtemperature applications in industrial gears. Furthermore, Klüber Summit HySyn FG 32-46-68 oils are used in chains, particularly those operating at low temperatures, e.g. in freezing tunnels.

Klübersynth UH1 4-18 should only be used as heat carrier oil for closed systems in the food processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Cast housings and rotating unions are known to have minute leaks when exposed to high temperatures. Thus, these applications require an NSF HT1 lubricant for technically unavoidable contact with the food.

Klüberfood NH1 CHT 6-220 may be applied via suitable chain lubrication system. Compatibility of the lubricant with the materials of the reservoir should be checked. To attain the highest performance in baking ovens, please do not hesitate to consult your local Klüber representative. Mixing of Klüberfood NH1 CHT 6-220 oil with other incompatible or non-food-grade lubricants should be avoided. For object / chain temperatures up to approx. 160 °C resulting e.g. from oven temperatures up to 300 °C under certain operating conditions. We recommend sufficient air removal under such conditions.
