The Alphasyn T range has been formulated for use in most types of light to medium duty enclosed gear systems but should not be used for heavy or shock loaded systems. Alphasyn T is suitable for various applications where a lubricating oil is used under high temperatures, e.g. from hydraulic systems through to large, slow moving gears. Renolin Therm 380S field of applications:

RENOLIN THERM 380 S is optimally suited for use in the indirect heating of reactors, polymerization tanks and distillation columns, processing machines and driers, as well as heat exchangers in processing plants and in systems for heat recovery. The heat transfer fluid is best used at temperatures ranging from 250 to 340°C. The upper limit for use is an inlet temperature of 350°C. The film temperature should not exceed 380°C.

The special inhibitor package used in Castrol Radicool SF enables longer drain intervals with excellent protection against corrosion, cooling system blockage, overheating and freezing. It is especially suitable for use in engines employing cast iron, aluminium , copper or combinations of these metals used in modern engine designs. It is also compatible with all standard rubber hoses, gaskets and seals used within the cooling system.
