TOTAL MULTIS MS is suitable for boundary lubrication at high pressures and temperatures. In case of overheating, the presence of molybdenum disulphide will guarantee good lubrication and prevent sticking and sticking. Application Klüber Summit PS 300

Klüber Summit PS oils have been especially designed for the lubrication of screw-type and reciprocating piston compressors. They are used for oil change intervals up to 5,000 operating hours in oil-injected screw-type compressors. Klüber Summit PS oils can be used for compressors that were previously run with conventional mineral oils. These oils are neutral towards most elastomer seals used in air compressors, therefore leakage is not to be expected. Klüber Summit PS oils are used for compressors which do not achieve the desired maintenance intervals when using mineral oils and where the use of fully synthetic oils would be uneconomical due to ingress of contamination or a low number of operating hours per year. Klüber Summit PS 100 can also be used for the lubrication of turbocompressors, whereas Klüber Summit PS 300 and 400 have been especially developed for reciprocating piston compressors. Klüber Summit PS oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil content, thus minimising oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators. Special inhibitors contained in the oil keep the inside of compressors clean and ensure a high efficiency.

ISOFLEX NBU 15 is primarily used for spindle bearings and high-speed plain bearings, e.g. in machine tools and textile machines. PLANTOHYD 40 N

Environmentally compatible hydraulic and lubricating oils based on natural raw materials, type HETG according to ISO 15380, for mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment

PLANTOHYD 40 N field of applications:

PLANTOHYD 32 N resp. PLANTOHYD 40 N can be used in mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment for which an ISO VG 32 resp. ISO VG 46 hydraulic oil is recommended. The change-over guidelines according to ISO 15380 have to be observed when converting a system to PLANTOHYD N. Repair paints and paints which are not based on 2-component-systems might not be compatible with mineral oil as well as natural raw materials like PLANTOHYD N. The PLANTOHYD N products perform best at tank temperatures between 50 und 60°C. Recommended operating temperature range: -27°C to +70°C.

Ensis DW 1262 is a solvent-based anti-rust agent with de-watering properties that, after evaporation of the solvent, leaves a temporary waxy film on the metal surfaces to be protected. Castrol Radicool NF has been developed to meet the growing demand from engine and vehicle manufacturers for a higher performance coolant that minimises environmental impact. It provides excellent protection against corrosion, and because it contains no phosphate, the problems of deposits in some modern performance engines are eliminated. In addition to providing excellent corrosion and low temperature protection, the use of the recommended level of anti-freeze will significantly reduce the likelihood of wet cylinder liner pitting due to " cavitation erosion". Cavitation erosion is caused by the implosion of air bubbles present in the coolant, which are attracted to the liner outer surface. These bubbles implode, resulting in the removal of minute amounts of liner material - this, if allowed to continue unchecked, will result in liner porosity and severe engine damage.
