Application Klüber Klübersynth GE 46-1200

We developed Klübersynth GE 46-1200 on the basis of our long experience in the lubrication of spur, bevel and worm gears. Especially for steel/steel combinations, for example in small and miniature gears, gear motors and power tool gears, Klübersynth GE 46-1200 offers outstanding performance characteristics. Medium peripheral speeds of 4-5 m/s can be effectively handled by this grease. It also provides vibration and noise damping. Klübersynth GE 46-1200 can also be used to optimise the lubrication of ball and roller guides, plain and rolling bearings, and toothed couplings from – 30 to 120 °C. It may even be applied at extreme temperatures down to -50 °C since Klübersynth GE 46-1200 will build up a load-carrying lubricant film at these low temperature conditions.

RENOLIN PG 220

RENOLIN PG 220 field of applications:

The RENOLIN PG gear oils are mainly suitable for the lubrication of gear units and worm gears / roller bearings and friction bearings which are subject to high mechanical and thermal stress. RENOLIN PG oils offer advantages compared with mineral oil-based gear oils especially in applications with high sliding velocities (e.g. worm gear units). Due to the high oxidation stability, the oil change intervals can be extended and the maintenance costs can be reduced at higher operating temperatures. The use of RENOLIN PG in worm gears (steel-bronze pairing) leads to a significant reduction of friction and wear. The RENOLIN PG products can also be used for paper machines, calendars, conveying machines and milling bearings. Peak temperatures of up to 200ºC are temporarily tolerable.

Aeroshell Grease 7

AeroShell Grease 7 is an advanced multi-purpose grease, composed of a synthetic oil thickened with Microgel®, possessing good load carrying ability over a wide temperature range. It is inhibited against corrosion and has excellent resistance to water. The useful operating temperature range is –73°C to +149°C.

AeroShell Grease 7 satisfies nearly all the airframe grease requirements of turbine engined aircraft and also those of piston engined aircraft provided that seal incompatibility does not occur.
