Q8 Ravel BW

Q8 Ravel BW is a high quality indoor protection fluid for the protection of non-ferrous and ferrous components and assemblies where the use of a solvent cutback product is not permitted because of fire hazards. The film provides effective short-term protection against corrosion especially for indoor intermediate storage. The Q8 Ravel BW can be applied by dipping, rolling or spraying leaving a thin oily layer. The water removing properties are more effective when the components are dipped into the oil tank. It can be easily removed with a solvent or alkaline cleaner.

Q8 Ravel BW is a low viscosity rust preventive fluid for short-term corrosion protection of non-ferrous and ferrous components such as steel strips sheets. It is specifically designed for use in indoor intermediate storage applications. Depending on the application method, the product will leave an oily protection film. The product is free of solvents and has a high flash point, guaranteeing a minimal fire hazard and improved operator working conditions.
